Due to industrial farming practices and the Standard American Diet that does not supply what our bodies genetically require for health, it is necessary to provide some supplementation to our diet to supply what is required to be healthy.
Our soils are depleted of the healthy bacteria that is required to keep our digestive tract healthy. In addition to that, the good bacteria that we need in our intestines is depleted by any courses of prescription drugs or antibiotics that we take, antibiotics we get indirectly in the meats we consume, and stress. We recommend taking Innate Choicetm Probiotic Sufficiency daily to counteract the ongoing depletion of the healthy bacteria in the digestive tract.
Unless all the meat you consume is free range, organic and grass fed, it is likely that you, like the vast majority of our population suffers from a vast imbalance of Omega 3 fatty acids to Omega 6 fatty acids. What should be a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio is closer to a 1:18 ratio, due largely to the amount of grains we consume and the grains our meat sources consume. Dietary sufficiency of Omega 3 fatty acids is necessary for the proper function of the heart, the brain and every other cell, tissue, organ and gland in the body. We recommend taking Innate Choicetm Omega Sufficiency daily. This product is pharmaceutical grade and kept in its natural triglyceride form in order to maintain the natural EPA/DHA ratio.
Again, due to the depletion of the nutrients in our soil it is necessary to supplement vitamins and minerals into our diet daily. Dr. Chestnut recommends juicing organic fruits and vegetables every day to achieve that. I agree with Dr. Chestnut but I also recommend a product called Juice Plustm as a dietary supplement when it is not possible to take the time to juice fruits and vegetables. There have been and continue to be many studies done on the efficacy of the Juice Plustm Garden, Orchard and Vineyard blends.
